Associate

Prior to joining Quall Cardot LLP, Mohamad worked in both civil and criminal litigation fields. In civil litigation, he represented plaintiffs in high profile wrongful termination cases. Mohamad has also represented police officers and firefighters throughout the State of California accused of misconduct. Mohamad was also a Deputy City Attorney for the City of Fresno in the City Attorney’s litigation unit. As a criminal litigation practitioner, he represented hundreds of defendants from arraignment through trial in both State and Federal courts.

Having a business and accounting background, Mohamad enjoys working on litigation matters, especially those related to finance.
