Ingrid V. Caero

Ingrid is a hard-working and results driven consumer and commercial collection attorney. She currently represents creditors in state and federal courts throughout California to obtain and enforce judgments on outstanding debts.
Ingrid has represented large financial institutions and private companies in consumer and commercial collection actions. She has handled many collection cases from inception to judgment and performed discovery, law and motion, trial preparation and defense of cross-complaints under the FDCPA, the FDBPA, and California’s Rosenthal Act.
Ingrid was an estate planning and probate attorney for several years prior to joining Quall Cardot LLP. She has handled all aspects of a wide variety of general civil litigation matters, including drafting pleadings and discovery, and trial preparation.
