Norin is an attentive and detail-oriented consumer and commercial collection attorney. She currently represents creditors in state and federal courts throughout California to obtain and enforce judgments on outstanding debts.
Norin has represented large financial institutions and private companies in consumer and commercial collection actions. She has handled many collection cases from inception to judgment and performed discovery, law and motion, trial preparation and defense of cross-complaints under the FDCPA, the FDBPA, and California’s Rosenthal Act.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Norin worked at Quall Cardot LLP for 6 years as a legal assistant. Prior to joining Quall Cardot LLP as an attorney, Norin practiced Juvenile Dependency law during which routinely appeared in contested hearings and trials before the Fresno County Superior Court. She has handled all aspects of a wide variety of general civil litigation matters, including drafting pleadings and discovery, and trial preparation.
