Ranjeet is a consumer and commercial collection attorney with tremendous attention to detail. She currently represents creditors in state and federal courts throughout California to obtain and enforce judgments on outstanding debts.

Ranjeet has extensive experience in collection law representing large financial institutions and private companies in countless consumer and commercial collection actions. She has successfully handled consumer collection cases from inception to judgment, including all discovery, law and motion, trial preparation and defense of cross-complaints under the FDCPA, the FDBPA, and California’s Rosenthal Act.

Ranjeet has also handled all aspects of a wide variety of general civil litigation matters, including drafting pleadings and discovery, attending depositions, preparing and opposing dispositive motions, negotiating settlements, trial preparation, and trial.
