Mary E. Krugh

Senior Attorney

Mary is an exceedingly thorough employment and business law attorney. She works with employers to develop required and appropriate documentation for personnel matters, including employee handbooks, confidentiality and non-compete agreements, and employment contracts.  She also advises clients when making difficult personnel decisions and responding to employee claims.

Mary has significant trial and administrative hearing experience representing employers.  She has defended employers against claims for harassment, discrimination, wrongful termination, retaliation, unpaid wages, prevailing wages, trade secret misappropriation, unemployment insurance, and workers’ compensation 132a matters. Her practice also includes prosecuting and defending civil actions for clients involving breach of contract, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, and unfair business practices.

Mary’s practice also includes performing business and transactional work for individuals, trusts, corporations, limited liability companies, and partnerships involving entity formation, business sales, real property sales and exchanges, corporate minutes, and business licensing.
